Key Qualifications The company is seeking proven sales executives who have experience in the engagement/loyalty marketing industry and specifically with prepaid cards. The successful candidates will have experience in working effectively in selling to both marketing and marketing services agency organizations. Additional requirements:1. Demonstrated performance as a revenue generator. Highly driven to succeed with a burning desire to sell. 2. Selling Skills - Mature, reflective, and grounded individual who thrives in a dynamic, robust, give-and-take environment. Has good analytical acumen and sees big picture/opportunities. Excellent at high concept solution sales. A great listener who utilizes the Socratic selling method – asking simple qualifying questions to determine true client needs. Then utilizes solution selling to provide a differentiated value proposition to meet those needs. Expert in hunting and farming. 3. Engagement Marketing – Understands the full range of engagement marketing. Experienced in developing sales strategies and executional plans for targeted clients in the promotional/incentive areas of trial, conversion and retention. Particularly strong in the areas of incentive/rewards and loyalty/rewards. 4. Prepaid Cards - Has a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the prepaid card industry and has effectively sold card programs to FORTUNE 500 consumer products and services companies. 5. Communication – Is able to “tell a story” or guide the client to where you want them to go. Understanding that each meeting, call, interaction is part of a sales journey. Has good written and oral skills as well as computer capabilities (Office, Excel). 6. Social Media – Knowledge of/user of/ability to discuss with our clients current on-line consumer facing tools i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Four Square, etc. and how they may integrate into our solutions. 7. Solid educational background. Undergraduate degree is required. |
