The Director of Sales will manage all staff in Merchant Business Development, Regional Sales Representatives, and Merchant Sales staff that are selling to merchants direct. The Director will be responsible for: Developing new sales channels Setting sales quotas for staff and ensure they are met Recommending and implementing the annual merchant price increase Negotiating pricing and contracts Working with staff on the rollout of new products and services Taking the sales lead for major accounts and assist staff in signing new relationships Assisting with the selection, implementation and daily operation of sales management Software
