Primary Responsibilities:
Manage sales and new business development efforts to provide processing solutions for branded prepaid card programs. Product emphasis includes all branded/non-branded prepaid consumer reloadable and non-reloadable card products.
Channel development will include bank/financial institution, ISO, retail merchants, college campus and other alternative financial services.
Develop, execute and maintain aggressive sales objectives.
Develop new prospect relationships through lead generation and effectively managing sales pipeline.
Qualify and manage all new client on-boarding, including opportunity analysis, RFP response, due diligence gathering, proposal generation, sales presentation, pricing negotiation, contract negotiation, etc.
Lead sales development and partner management activities to ensure sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals are met. Effectively manage brand, bank, and program manager relationships.
Effectively communicate Aurora’s payment processing and support capabilities via telephone and onsite executive level sales presentations.

Position Qualifications:

Job Related Experience:
• 10-12 years of experience in the payments industry. Specifically, prepaid payments processing, debit/credit card services industry. Full understanding of the prepaid debit card industry.
• A history of meeting and exceeding sales goals, closing large deals, taking business away from competition.
• A self-starter, proactive, and highly disciplined in time management and meeting deadlines; a skilled multi-tasker, able to work on a large number of deals at different stages of the sales cycle.
• Experienced in developing a strategic sales plan and identifying the resources necessary to close business, finding creative solutions for complex clients requirements.
• Experienced in competitive research analysis to provide feedback for senior management regarding any changes in product offerings necessary in order to maintain and increase market share
